Thank you so much for this update. Bart had inspired me to try to lose weight a while back and his description of MyFitnessPal & Apple Watch had helped me find my own “regiment”.
I have a few additional tips:
* get yourself a really good kitchen scale – it can also help with the “portion size”
* look into getting Activity++ – it shows you for how many days you met your goals and it has the concept of a snooze day
* treat yourself, but don’t make it a habit, so it stays a treat rather than becomes a habit
Long story short: Thank you for these episodes, they helped me tremendously become a more healthy person!
“Dutch” Food Tip (of the bad type): Stroopwafels are great. When you get a chance try Gevulde Koeken – they are amazing, despite the fact that they are a calorific nightmare.
