It’s not so much about the Drobo itself but more about the technologies involved. Then we’ll talk about the new Wyze Cam Pan $30 security camera. Finally I’ll tell you what I thought was interesting, exciting, boring, disappointing or just plain dumb in the announcements from Apple’s WWDC keynote.

Chit Chat Across the Pond
This week’s Chit Chat Across the Pond is of the lite variety and yet it’s with Bart Busschots. The developers of Instapaper decided that it was just too darn hard to comply with GDPR, so they summarily disconnected all of Europe from their service with less than a week’s notice. Turns out Instapaper was a critical element in how Bart creates his amazing shownotes for his show Let’s Talk Apple, and for Security Bits for the NosillaCast. In this episode he explains his process, how the different applications used to work together and how with the help of his Twitter following found an even better solution. I found it really interesting to get a peak behind the curtain of how he works in a completely unstructured conversation.
