Allison interviews Nick Smith, Co-CEO and Founder of Brydge, about their new keyboard specifically designed for the iPad Pro. The Brydge Pro+ is a Bluetooth keyboard and integrated trackpad, with one model designed for the 12.9-inch (3rd Gen) iPad Pro and another for the 11-inch iPad Pro. Adding this keyboard to your iPad Pro gives it the feel and style of a MacBook Pro for added flexibility and productivity. Both keyboards have adjustable backlit keys that can be viewed from 0-180 deg and include an oversized, multi-touch trackpad that is optimized to take advantage of iPad OS’s Assistive Touch features. These keyboards support Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity and have a 3-month battery life per charge. The Bridge Pro+ keyboards are machined from aluminum to match the design, quality, and color of the iPad Pro. In addition, Brydge will soon be releasing a standalone iPad OS Trackpad. This trackpad is made with a glass surface and is designed to make the most of the new Assistive Touch features within iPadOS. Like their Pro+ keyboard, the iPad OS Trackpad supports 4.1 Bluetooth connectivity and provides a 3-month battery life per charge. Both the Brydge Pro+ keyboard and iPad OS Trackpad will be available in Space Gray and ready for order in March 2020. The setting is the CES show floor in the Las Vegas Convention Center.
