Allison interviews Neil McVicar from Bartesian about their appliance that allows you to quickly and easily make premium cocktails from your home. You stock the Bartesian with water and four of your preferred base spirts which are stored in separate canisters. To make a cocktail, you insert one of the many available cocktail capsule types into the Bartesian, close the lid, select the desired strength of your drink (mocktail to strong), then simply press the mix button on the touchscreen. Bartesian will automatically mix your cocktail in less than a minute. Bartesian has 15 different types of cocktail capsules available for purchase (and growing) including Old Fashioned, Margarita, Paper Plane, and many more. Each capsule contains all of the ingredients (juices, bitters, extracts,…) that will produce the cocktail of your choice. The setting is CES Unveiled at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas.
